The Diplomatic Security Foundation(DSF) is pleased to announce the 23rd anniversary of this annual charity event, started by Mike Considine in 1990. The Charity Golf Outing nets more than $90,000 a year and is used to further the DSF mission of providing timely financial support and charitable contributions to members of the U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service, security professionals, and other colleagues in the law enforcement and foreign affairs communities (see website for a list of contributions made by DSF: dsfoundation.org/grants.html).
Join us for a fun, casual day of GOLF! This event is for golfers of all skill levels, and is a great opportunity to play on one of the premier golf courses in the DC area. There are great prizes, fun contests and an exciting raffle. Registration includes green fees, cart, continental breakfast, awards luncheon, course beverage cart, and unlimited range balls. Registration closes May 20.Registration extended until May 30.This event sold out last year. Or, if you only have a few hours to spare, come out and join the fun at the Awards Luncheon featuring a BBQ buffet and our famous raffle. Lunch starts as soon as the golfers finish up on the links (approx 3:30 pm).
Become a Sponsor Sponsoring the golf outing is a great way to support DSF. Anyone (golfers and non-golfers) can become a sponsor. Sponsors are listed on signage throughout the golf outing and on the DSF website. This is a great marketing opportunity for corporate sponsors: all sponsors are listed on the DSF website, in the program and on signage at the Golf Outing, and on the Diplomatic Security Special Agents Association (DSSAA) website and quarterly newsletter.
